Initial evaluations are 60 minutes in duration focused on medical history intake and understanding of your symptoms/concerns to best serve you. This time allows you to receive a thorough physical examination, ample time for education and recommendations for better understanding of your condition, as well as initiate a personalized home exercise program. We will discuss a care plan and frequency at this time based on our findings.

Follow-up visits are 60 minutes in duration focused on manual treatment, progression/modification of your personalized home exercise program, as well as ongoing discussion of your symptoms and response to therapy/recommendations to ensure that you are seeing the progress that you intended.

Re-Evaluations are 60 minutes in duration, intended for established Pelvic Reset patients. Re-evaluations are similar to initial evaluations but are more focused on what is new/different than your previous care plan. These visits are required after change of medical status, such as delivering a baby or surgery. We will determine your need for care continuation, mutually agree on a care plan, and make adjustments to your home exercise program if indicated.
